(Overlay) Issues with the broadcast chat? #14

Needs looking in to.

Apparently Steam has hardcoded the chat window to be drawn to the right side of the broadcast panel, so I'll have to align the panel to the left side of the screen instead. Yes, I'm not kidding... It will be fixed in the next version.
