Deb package should allow to start the application from the command line without going to /opt #14

Debian package: after installing it you have to launch it this way:
cd /opt/rur-ple
./rur_start.py

Otherwise it has problems with finding its own modules.

created a bash script to do that. Fix will be incorporated in next release.
