checktans.py doesn't check against English #28

run checktrans.py lang, lang being either de, es, en, tr or zh_CN 

1. You'll find out that XML compliance check works pretty well 
2. only counts files number/size for the language set in the commande line
3. Returns 100% if de and 0% with any other language.

Fixed but it still compares against the files in the target language folder, not
against the native English source files.

Where is checktrans.py located?  It does not seem to appear on this repository.

It's in /lessons (where Peter initially placed it in his zip file). We could 
indeed
move it, but it's just a small tool to ease translation checks.
