It would be really cool to be able to configure the toc anchor (<!-- toc -->) to something else in the book.toml file. For example I host an mdbook on gitlab and would like the markdown preview in gitlab to be the closest possible to the one in the book. However in gitlab the toc anchor is [[_TOC_]].
And I'm fairly certain other markdown flavors have their own way of specifying this.
