added current versions in README documentation file #22

Added current versions of all trains in README documentation file and also Release Notes Link!

What is the point of manually adding those to the readme? They will change every couple of weeks (for beta, 4 weeks for the others). That's the whole reason https://www.whatrustisit.com/ exists: it runs every day to show the current version, no manual intervention needed.
