Add User Registration Link to Login Page #152

When an anonymous user arrives at https://2018.badcamp.net/user/login, there should be a link to "Create new account", in case they don't already have one.

Add a link to https://2018.badcamp.net/registration that reads "Create new account" (note: this is not a Normal Drupal Registration Link/Process).

This has been resolved, and pushed out to LIVE.
