#26 Create feed configuration needed for Drupal Planet. #47

Add global feed info.
Added an RSS feed to the Article view, with a relative link of path/drupal-planet/rss.xml

We'll need the public URI to be live before we can submit the feed, but this should make sure we're set up for it.

@torenware by default we have at taxonomy feed view. I don't want to commit this yet as we will need to make sure the ID for the Drupal Planet term is the same once we push to live.

Feed already created using the default drupal feeds view.
