SLP tokens still unsendable #213

Tested again after the fix, on chrome + firefox Sufficient BCH and SLP tokens but gives following error: "ALERT: Request failed with status code 400"

I suspect the bug is due to failed transactions (red colored in the log).

When you click open transaction Ie: bitcoincash:qr0mll0xvr2q9gp9m5h6lvd6ayndp8xtqq3ls2czyy to simpleledger:qzg5y7qtzjqfmm3wefxp7q2rq9asm9q6qshrc3rd8a

link opens to: https://explorer.bitcoin.com/bch/tx/undefined

BCH sending from wallet still works fine, same as other SLP tokens, just affected token with red offending transaction

Thanks for the details @tweetyjade. I'm preparing to wade through error logs and I'll search for those addresses and error codes.

looking into the Firefox browser console, i see this error. hoping this helps the debugging
