masthead editor is not working #250

The masthead editor user selects are not working correctly. Unfortunately this means that the masthead itself cannot be updated.

I can't tell exactly what broke the masthead, but I suspect it might have been a jQuery update that broke the implementation of autocomplete. the user-select thing itself likely needs to be re-implemented
