@olivierlacan I believe you've been following the Monday Morning Missive, whether on email or Twitter, yes? The purpose of the Missive is to provide a regular weekly update on progress during the past week and a focus for the new week, across all of the projects under the Gittip open company umbrella. The audience is anyone potentially interested in or currently working with us on Gittip projects.

@pjz has agreed to start writing the Aspen section of the Missive, and I'd like to invite you to write the Shields section each week. What we need is a short paragraph saying what happened on Shields the past week and what's on our plate for the coming week. I find it helpful to link to GitHub tickets and to call out specific people as appropriate. (See the archive for examples.)

The idea would be for you to deliver your report to me via email sometime over the weekend, but by Monday at 10am US/Eastern at the latest. Then I'll copy it into the Missive, which I aim to send out by noon each Mondays.

Waddya say, @olivierlacan? Up for it? :-)

@whit537 I was optimistic this was something I could do during our call but because of the weight of extra stuff I've had to take on recently I'm going to bow out, at least until January 29th.
