Factory test

• [x] ESP32 initializes BME680 sensor
• [x] ESP32 polls RP2040 for button states, all buttons should NOT be pressed
• [ ] ESP32 tells RP2040 to generate an interrupt, check that it arrives
• [x] ESP32 turns on addressable LEDs, showing a static test pattern
• [x] ESP32 loads FPGA test bitstream
• [x] ESP32 releases control over LCD
• [x] ESP32 writes test data over SPI to FPGA
• [x] FPGA pulls interrupt line low, ESP32 checks this
• [x] ESP32 reads test data + PSRAM test result over SPI
• [x] After SPI read FPGA releases interrupt line, ESP32 checks this
• [x] ESP32 tells RP2040 to test the FPGA serial port
• [x] ESP32 gets interrupt from RP2040 and reads self test result
• [x] ESP32 waits for user to press A button
• [x] ESP32 puts FPGA in reset state
• [x] ESP32 takes control over LCD screen

Last item remaining is adding a feature to RP2040 firmware to force the generation of an interrupt.
