This PR fixes #17

The workflow aims to deploy elasticsearch, install fluentd, and configure them for logging purposes.

The steps involve:

Checking if Fluentd is installed
Installing Fluentd if not already installed
Copying configuration files
Starting services
Opening specified ports
Creating Docker volume for Elasticsearch data
Running Elasticsearch and Kibana containers, and
Applying Index Lifecycle Management Policy (ILM) to Elasticsearch.
