@Wendi-West I know that you collect the metrics about attendee and speaker demographics when they register / submit proposals, but can you share more details about whether you use a feedback form or post-event survey to get feedback about inclusivity during / after the event?

Speaker Inclusivity - The Event requests feedback from speakers regarding Diversity & Inclusion. Attendee Inclusivity - The Event requests feedback from attendees regarding Diversity & Inclusion.

Hello,

We have a post-event survey that is sent to all attendees, including speakers. Previously the survey didn't include specific inclusion questions. However, based on feedback from this process, Matt G. shared a CHAOSS metric that we are looking at to incorporate in the upcoming post-event survey. Additionally, we do have this information on our D+I page https://events.linuxfoundation.org/supplychainsecuritycon-north-america/attend/diversity-inclusion/#contact-us: "If you have ideas on how we can create a more inclusive event, please do not hesitate to let us know. Contact Angela Brown, SVP & General Manager of Events, at @.***" And have a D+I slack channel for feedback, comments and conversation. Speakers have direct contact / access to our content team to provide feedback at any time.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
