Adding new metrics to checklists #231

Here are the new checklists for the new metrics that can be added/tested with the bot.

The new metrics for the in-person events are:

The new metric for the virtual events is:

These have been added to the application in a testing setting here: https://chaoss.community/diversity-and-inclusion-badging-2/ and the copy/paste works with the new metrics.

I'm not sure how you want to test this - I originally cloned the repo but then it got messy and out of sync, so I'm just dropping this PR in here. I can put these files anywhere you want for testing purposes before we merge here, just let me know.

Also let me know what else you need from my end to get this implemented.
