N/AHello @allisonprice Thanks for applying for a DEI Badge for your event!
I have a one feedback from my review and would like to confirm something too:
@Joynels-Ogbogu Hi! Just making sure you saw this ping. Thank youuu!
Hi Elizabeth, I've tried to review but was having issues with checking the boxes earlier.
I'm to have a call with Enoch and fix that tomorrow hopefully.
I'm sorry I'm coming in late.
Thank you for your patience

Hi @Joynels-Ogbogu and @LamiWilliams -- The check boxes should be working. Could you please let me know if you are able to complete your reviews. Thanks for all of your support!!
@ElizabethN I've been able to check Boxes and review now. Thank you so much for your patience.
Hi 👋🏾 @germonprez I have done the review. I did raise some things to clarify, but think my review can be regarded as complete
Thank you @LamiWilliams and @Joynels-Ogbogu!

@germonprez @LamiWilliams and @Joynels-Ogbogu is this review done?!
Hi @kaxada Yes, it is
@kaxada We are waiting for @allisonprice for any comments on the questions raised by the reviewers
@LamiWilliams Apologies for my delay! Below are responses to the two open questions. If there is anything else I can provide, please let me know.
Would the event be recorded and made available to attendees afterward? -- Yes, for free. Anyone who did not attend the conference can also view for free.
I could not find information about the free registration for spouses and children --These are available upon request - we have not necessarily promoted it heavily in the past. We can add this to the FAQ though.
Thanks @allisonprice --
Could I make two suggestions?
Perhaps on this page: https://openinfra.dev/summit/vancouver-2023/summit-faq
You could add a few headers.
1) Accessibility Requests - Attendees are able to inquire if accommodations are available and make suggestions for future accommodations at events.
This could be an email for an attendee to reach out to someone to ask about the accessibility provided at the venue -- either prior to or after the conference.
2) The free registration for spouses and children as you mention
This would be great from a family friendliness perspective! Thanks for all of your work on this!!
Hi @germonprez -
Yep - both of those suggestions are great ideas! We are in the process of making them and I will let you know once they are live.
Thanks! Allison
Thanks!!

@germonprez alright, both of these questions have been added under the General section here: https://openinfra.dev/summit/vancouver-2023/summit-faq
Please let me know if there is anything else. Thanks!
Thanks @allisonprice!
I've updated my review based on these. Could I ask one more (hopefully simple) thing? To add the contact email to the end of the accommodation statement:
Attendees are able to inquire if accommodations are available and make suggestions for future accommodations at events. Please contact summit@openinfra.dev for more information.
@germonprez absolutely - that is now updated: https://openinfra.dev/summit/vancouver-2023/summit-faq/
Thanks!!!
