1. There is no way for me to confirm that @stearnsbridget is the organizer of the event. @ElizabethN maybe this is something worth looking into on how we ask people to verify it?

2. It is not clear if the participants are required to accept the CoC. To the extent I could check, this doesn't happen during registration.
