4 months ago @ElizabethN and @AndreaCalderonLF, can I get some clarity on the event demographics Text Input - The Event provides a text box to input variable demographics such as Gender, Race, or Ethnicity
The event lists a drop down that appears to be associated with event accessibility requests rather than collecting variable demographics. From the structure of the form, I assume this data collection is more informal and present to help with event accessibility (around disabilities and special needs) rather than for the collection of variable demographic data. @AndreaCalderonLF could you clarify the intent of this data collection and how it is used/saved?
The form does collect information on variable demographics about company and occupation (organizational diversity) but they are not mentioned in the application. @ElizabethN I assume these would satisfy this check box but want to confirm from badging and DEI group.
Other than that one check box, my review is finished. I will update if necessary based on the reply.
