This might be a little bit complicated. The attach Excel checkbox is a universal checkbox which is added to the email form and the Excel functionality is a universal functionality for any document. The fetch unquoted items is a unique feature for the supplier quotations and adding it there on the general email form will distort things.
There is a way of uploading the unquoted excel items and then attaching them on the email form. It is more clicks but might help us in this situation.
Ok, let's move this to the last bit. For the moment I think if they attach it manually, it shouldn't be a problem.
