Add install script #15

Adds linux-headers-extract/get.sh to find the user's current kernel version and download the source from the package mirror.
Adds info about oled bios to readme.
Adds install script to make it far easier for end users.

Needs more polish eventually but this is good enough for now. If you want I can take over this project for you until it (hopefully) becomes obsolete.
Also apologies for commit spam.

Sorry for the late reply. If you are still keen to take over, that would be great. Honestly not sure what the better option is: redirect to your fork, add you as a contributer or transfer the repo.

Oh, I'm not sure 😂 If you still want control over the codebase add me as a contributer, if you don't care either probably works.
