Uses the simple-stripped.md and the npm run pandoc-stripped command (quicker way to view compiled files). Moved some Child Theme specific code here

[^1]: Might be better to have a video rather than auto-play gif, but the compression rate is a wee bit too much here. Blurred. [^2]: Any way to increase the length of the video? Or just keep 'em short. (This one was 2:30m) [^3]: Convert a .mov file into a gif (requires sign-up) but the size is worse than useless!!! Github has a max upload size of 10mb only, somehow I need to get a bigger bloody image.

This will be added to the documentation in the latest release (for intermediate users)
