Anki cloze field `[...]` button screws up Pandoc's code #131

This means it makes it harder to do some fancy stuff with highlighting of <span> .numberLines. You have to manually correct the code 💩 (or not if you're too lazy to do that, like me)

Possible fix: Just write the {{c1::cloze}} around the line of code manually while in Rich Text mode in the Anki app.
