`simple-data.html` and `missing-data.html` use a different highlighting colour #94

This is now fixed, but some styles are still coming from the original Pandoc highlighting code which also needs fixing.

I'm leaving this up to Pandoc at the moment, and may or may not change it. It's using the default pygments colour scheme which I think is generated from a json file.

The json file will be compiled to regular CSS, similar to the Skylighting file in Anki themes.

For now I'm leaving it as is. You can do your own research if you want to change it.
