Where to create a theme for print/screen code? #32

Currently not sticking to the printable css philosophy in Anki Themes. Should print styles be considered and @media screen rules used?

[ ] ~~Avoid overkill:~~
- [ ] Case by case basis, i.e:
- [ ] Useful for a CV document
- [ ] Useful for certain portions of a website (blog post)
- [ ] Useful for an [epub] book (possible with Pandoc)
  - [ ] Also Ascii doc but that's in Ruby. Yuck.
  - [ ] There's the question of professionalism; are apps better?
  - [ ] ePub3 has some nice features (also accessibility)
[x] ~~Can you even print from Anki?!~~ This is a no in my view.
[ ] A styleguide for an ePub-style document (print and screen)
