Lists in use:

Client: AdGuardHome

Domains:

notesnook.com
api.notesnook.com

Details: I listed adguardhome as my client, but realistically I use iVPN VPN service, and it's a DNS hosts based adblocker, so I presume it's similar to adguardhome. They have an "anti-tracker" feature. Basic, comprehensive & restrictive mode has different set of lists/varying levels of protection. In restrictive mode, the "notesnook" app cannot sync to cloud storage. Once anti-tracker is disabled, or changed to basic or comprehensive, it works fine, so I ignored any list in those two modes. You can read about antitracker mode here: https://www.ivpn.net/knowledgebase/general/antitracker-faq/ or their lists here: https://www.ivpn.net/knowledgebase/general/antitracker-plus-lists-explained/ I then googled each list that only exists in restrictive mode and found the domain "notesnook.com" and "api.notesnook.com" in your 1hosts Xtra list. Notesnook is a free and open source encrypted note taking app, with cloud storage/syncing with optional paid subscription. It isn't malware or anything bad.

Thank you for supporting 1Hosts.

It’s people like you who make these lists great! ❤

Notesnook is a free

And when you can't find the price tag?? then it because it is on your own back, all the data you are uploading is sold to third party for a tenner a year, ti pay for your "free" service

So what do their AUP and (no-)Privacy says?

You can't find the price tag because you didn't even look, it's directly on their website. https://notesnook.com/pricing/ Same with their terms of service https://notesnook.com/terms and privacy policy https://notesnook.com/privacy/ and their code is on https://github.com/streetwriters/notesnook and you can verify the encryption being used here: https://vericrypt.notesnook.com/

Go show me where they admit to selling data, or collecting anything, you can't. Go ahead and show me the lines of code where they are uploading my unencrypted data instead of encrypting it. You probably can't even code or read it.

Go away loser.
