Details:

These hosts are hosing official instances of SpeedTest.net's speed test client, and blocking them prevents Ookla SpeedTest.net software from being able to determine latency from the user to the host and prevents the speedtest from running.

The domains is only available from the #walledGarden and not available for the public, no concerns needed.

Someone being on a walled garden isn't the issue.

If one is using a resolver which imports the badmojr Xtra list, then yes, these being on that list is interfering with the functionality of Ookla Speedtest for any client subject to a filtering resolver using this list.
