Start workout behaviour

Currently the user is prompted with confirmation pop-up when s/he starts a workout. Do we really want the user to go through this extra step?

Probably not. The pop-up is there because users might accidentally start the workout.

That's how it is right now. @urbanvikingr - so it stays the way it currently is?
