What economic model does the society have?

are people “paid” for additional work beyond their contracted hours?
Do people have ownership of anything ( their time, output etc)

how “best” to handle supply/demand when the supply is constrained?
Sex work, probably should be legal to limit STDs.
How does this change in subsequent generations when new borns didn’t sign up for the mission?
