Avoid exceptions in getAndroidArtifactDirectory method

Description: The RIB's plugin has these issues since Android Studio 4.2:

• Rename RIB not working
• Create Leaf node template is not working

I've addressed these issues by:

• Updating the IntelliJ Plugin Runtime version to 2020.2.3 (the same used by AS4.2)
• Fix an exception thrown in runtime in method getAndroidArtifactDirectory
