Using Appium's WebDriverAgent's MJPEG Streamer service.

  1. Allows a bit more flexibility than Apple's via fbsimctl
  2. Worked during transition to iOS 13 (Apple's was broken from Xcode 11 betas 5)
  3. Allows record videos on real devices
