Fix 2.6.0 offset for uiBase #51

Thank to TehCheat for uiBase.

Fix some offsets. Mouse on enemy in global server still broken.

Thank to Exzir. Mouse on enemy in fixed.

Can you fix the x64 offsets?

This will take a considerable amount of time. I would say that every single offset would have to be changed. And all of tje hard coded offsets also.
