Update Autopot.ahk for 3.0 #63

Thank to alucqrd who update patten and lots of offsets.

And then I update waypoint&instance manager. Convert autopot.ahk from UTF-8 with no BOM to UTF-8 with BOM.

MouseOnEnemy and EnemyNames still broken.
