goog.events.BrowserEvent should have a toString() method defined #135

It would be rather convenient if goog.events.BrowserEvent had a toString()
method defined (inside an "if (goog.DEBUG)" check) so that things like
mouseover events would be easier to log.

Have you tried goog.debug.expose?
Although it doesn't give the details of the target node, it is better than 
nothing.
