Fixed the SD Card for the new Release #90

I saw the Issue from @Rainringgoaway #86 and thought why didn't he make a PR, so I thought I'm turning it in to one.

I edited the Version from @Rainringgoaway, so it would work for the "MacBookPro16,2" Version.

@YannikMG I test this code change with my Surface Pro 7, but it ended up with my bluetooth stop working, just cannot open bluetooth. when I switch back to the old USBMap.kext, the bluetooth works fine. So I think maybe we cannot delete all those ports, instead we could just modify the one we use, and leave others just the way it is, see if this way could work.
