Better packaging #18

The packaging, it sucks. Fix it. As a user I want to download the program and use it, not learn how to build a java program just so I can tell you how much you suck at it. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Step 1 complete: The POM file has been updated and builds one jar that works correctly.
