Add option to treat second axis as joystick 2. Find games that sort that. (Ye air kung fu? Robotron?)

Would love to get a copy of Nick Westgate's 4JOY modifications for Robotron!

Closing this for now, there's not really many titles to test with and really not a lot of games that support more than one joystick. Joyport or other control options might be a good idea though.
