Add Quest 2 crop values #57

"Quest 2" is shifted down by 49 px and suited for gaming (e.g. handheld weapons are visible more, sky is less). "Quest 2 (center)" is for other content (e.g. 360 videos).

If anyone ever wonders, this PR contained an edited win-openvr-presets.ini with values for Meta Quest 2 which are listed in https://github.com/baffler/OBS-OpenVR-Input-Plugin/issues/50#issuecomment-1017584331.
