As an editor, I can organize my pages into a hierarchy. I can add, moving and removing page from the hierarchy.

Rudimentary tree UI is in place, suitable for building out a basic editing interface.

Will complete this issue once basic editing is in place.

Editing is in place but this issue isn't really closable without node removal and drag & drop.
