Unable to add package #47

In trying to reinstall this package, I encountered the following error when trying to install it again:

The error is the same when I add the package with the github URL.

In case it is relevant I have pasted below the return from versioninfo()

In conclusion I am currently unable to install the package.

Try installing the package in an empty environment, I doubt that issue is due to this package.

I have never created an enviroment before, but I luckily stumbeled upon how to recently. I think I did not correctly. I am now getting a similar but much more elaborate error:

I just tried to add it with the package name instead of the github URL. This also gave an error, but something completely different:

I am way out of my depth here in understanding what goes wrong. I have never seen a KeyError, but I assume that it is about accessing some dictionary that I did not know existed during some process I don't know. So even though it feels wrong asking someone else to be fixing my computer problems, I hope someone reading this has some idèa...

I would try cleaning out your .julia directory, there might be something broken in there.

I am trying to install other packages now, and I am getting similar errors. Your package has been cleared as the culprit, and I will try to clear out my .julia directory
