Specifying gene regulators #24

Does SWING take in a list of genes as regulators (transcription factors/parents in the edge list), instead of considering all genes in the expression matrix as potential regulators?

I think I got it. I'm using create_custom_windows() now instead of create_windows(). Thanks!
