APTrust proposed changes to BagIt profiles v1.2.0 -> 1.3.0 #19

APTrust proposes a number of changes to the BagIt profile structure to provide richer description of bags, to simplify and clarify the bagging process for bag creators, and to help organizations ingesting bags.

The README file in the aptrust-changes folder describes limitations in the current profile structure and proposed solutions. The folder also includes two sample profiles.

I kept changes separate from the existing code/readme. Let me know if you want me to change the actual json & readme. I'm not really sure how to request a pull on a non-code repo.

Sorry, @diamondap, in #18 when I asked for PR, I thought you'd be making a PR against the actual spec, not just pulling in this proposed changes README, and directory.

What I would suggest doing moving forward, is opening up an issue with all of that text in the body of the issue, and asking for comment from the digital curation list, or doing an actual PR against the text of the current spec, the README in the root of repo, and asking for comment from the digital curation list.
