Make JSON key syntax consistent in HTML #38

Attempt to make reference to bag-info and JSON "keys" consistent styled with <code> style, rather than the confusing "Contact-Phone" or the occassional "Contact-Email,".

Alternatively one could argue that as bag-info keys don't have "quotes" there (only in this profile JSON), they should rather be without quotes and only use code style.

If we are going to change code(which I think we should) I think we should remove the quotes

Sorry I missed this - removed the quotes now, LGTM!
