Seeking More Exciting Demo Stack #2

The existing demonstration stack, linked in the README.md (https://github.com/bah-insignia/zcmd-demo-stack) has several containers that fire up, but they are not very exciting.

Is there a simple demo stack that would show a new user something more flashy than a D3 animation and a few database management UIs? Either a completely alternate demo stack or an enhancement to the existing one?
