不能连接到英文和中文维基 #263

我在教育网内，下午的时候还能连上上述两个版本的维基，��
�晚上时就不行了。我尝试启用hosts文件中所包含的维基原来��
�IPV6 hosts，仍然没作用。用nslookup命令出现Request Time 
Out。总不至于IPv6也能被封吧？

LITNET 主干网故障 v6/v4 都只能通到出口网关
