Reader: Paging between multiple paras & sub-paras

Reader enhancement.

Proposed syntax: !read <str:work> <int:chapter>.<int:para>[.<int:subpara>] - displays section subpara of paragraph para of chapter chapter in work.

• IF a chapter contains multiple paragraphs, allow paging from one paragraph to the next.
• IF a paragraph is too long, allow paging from one section/subparagraph to the next. Discord embed limit is 2048 characters.
