Use Plasma 6 metadata format #16

Just changing the metadata won't make this Plasma 6 compatible, as there are a number of breaking API changes. See the porting work I did for a similar script: https://github.com/fin444/truely-maximized/commit/60d305ced2931c8dc405ca7d3d9f36bec3666474
