signalSorter UI updates and several calciumImagingAnalysis improvements

• signalSorter updated to allow user to select specific cell on cellmap and jump to that cell by clicking cellmap window or pressing V in the interface. There is also an option to switch back to the most recently sorted cell by pressing Y.
• signalSorter - Added in ability to user to click on the cellmap to go to that cell. Users can now also go the most recently sorted cell for convenience.
• signalSorter - Mouse is no longer invisible on the figure, callback to detect mouse click on cellmaps and trigger ability for user to select cells, and other improvements.
• signalSorter - Remove many commented out code. And added removal of unconnected components from main component when thresholding images.
• `manageParallelWorkers Added ability to disable automatic loading of parallel pool when parfor is called combined with option for user to disable loading of parallel pool.
• `manageParallelWorkers Added check for user setting to auto-load parallel pool, if they have disabled then do not load pool using manageParallelWorkers.
• modelModifyMovies - Cast the movie mask to be same type as the movie to deal with integer movie inputs.
• calciumImagingAnalysis - Improved checking for directories that should not be loaded, remove need for verLessThan('matlab','9.0') check.
• modelExtractSignalsFromMovie- Added a check to make sure that filenames produced are valid MATLAB ones for settings, e.g. for CNMF-e.
• computeManualSortSignals - ROI manual sorting support for when that is needed.
• viewCellExtractionOnMovie - Added a check for already loaded files.
• matchObjBtwnTrials - support for ndSparse matrix inputs.
• downloadMiji - improved download reliability.
• createPeakTriggeredImages, normalizeMovie, computeSignalPeaks - Added support for parallel.pool.Constant when PCT auto-start parallel pool disabled.

signalSorter

• Click the cell map window or press V and a orange cross hair will appear, this will take the user to the clicked upon cell.
• Or select the full cellmap, will obtain the same result.
• This cell can be viewed like normal.
• Users can then press Y to take them back to the last sorted cell (here #2). This function works even with the G go to new signal via index number command.

Tested in MATLAB 2018a, 2019a, and 2019b. Merging.

CNMF-E might not work 2019b, need to update compatibility in underlying CNMF-E code (not a calciumImagingAnalysis issue).
