Preprocessing settings new features and cross-session update #38

modelPreprocessMovieFunction, getRegistrationSettings, and viewMovieRegistrationTest all updated to allow support for saving and loading of previous settings.
getRegistrationSettings - major refactoring to make it easier to add new settings, enable users to input arbitrary inputs into settings, and load previous settings.
matchObjBtwnTrials - Fix for cases in which cells are lost when cropping all movies to the same size before starting cross-session alignment.

Settings loaded from previous run (e.g. of modelPreprocessMovie) or file highlighted in orange now. Settings that user has just changed still highlighted in green.

Change the red option below to enable saving/loading previous settings.
