Re-vamped selection list dialog boxes for methods, cell-extraction, folders, etc.
Now loads as a figure and for some (like methods list) has tooltips that describe each list item.
Added an update module that takes users to the GitHub, in the future will update the whole repo.

Tested with Matlab 2019a, runs fine. Merging.
