Drift in delta F/F #48

Hi @bahanonu , I was analyzing video and do see drift in delta F/F. Do you have any idea why is that? I am not sure, but it looks like this mouse show some transients. What do you think?

@chanduborkar That drift is in the raw movie before dF/F, likely due to slight motion within the movie (given the small absolute change in correlation from start to end) and some drift or change in imaging quality as the movie progresses (hence the slow drift downward in the correlation).
