playMovie and misc. updates

ciapkg.nwb.setupNwb - consistent setup of NWB without needing to invoke the ciatah class.
ciapkg.loadDirs - wrapper for loadBatchFxns in anticipation of future changes.

playMovie - Update passing of HDF5 dataset name to ciapkg.io.readFrame. Integrated contrast sliders directly into the main GUI so users don't have to open up a separate GUI. Make GUI sliders thinner.
normalizeMovie - moved detrend support into this function.
VERSION - includes version and datetime while ciapkg.version now reads from VERSION to reduce chance of mismatch.
loadDependencies - switch to using the latest matnwb release instead of the master branch, as appears the master branch can be unstable and lead to incompatible changes.
ciapkg.version - Added fscanf backup to readtable in case of Matlab compatibility issues, also specified more readtable defaults to avoid errors (Matlab 202a+ changed default behavior). Added last step backup of zero version.
ciapkg.version - Changed to use readtable instead of readcell to increase compatability across MATLAB versions.
computeManualSortSignals - Updated to support HDF5 and regexp for movie manual names along with misc. other changes.
